Refund Policy:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Confirmed orders are subject to a cancellation charge: 

– Less than 24hrs before commencement- 100% of total value. 

– Up to 2 working days before commencement- 75% of total value. 

– Up to 3-7 working days before commencement- 50% of total value. 

– Should the project be cancelled after the commencement date- 100% of total value.
